These Terms & Conditions govern your use of formaauto.com and the mobile detailing, interior restoration and paint correction services provided by FORMA Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or requesting service you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after we inspect the vehicle's condition on site. All quotes are honored for 30 days.

Workmanship

We inspect every finish with you at handoff. If something isn't right, tell us before we pack up and we'll correct it. Results depend on the vehicle's condition, paint depth and prior damage, which we review with you before work begins.

Scheduling & cancellations

We'll confirm your appointment window in advance. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Severe weather may cause us to reschedule for safety.

Service guarantee

Pre-existing damage, defects in paint or trim, and conditions that cannot be safely corrected are not covered. We will always tell you up front what a vehicle's finish can and cannot achieve.

Property access & responsibilities

Our mobile setup is fully self-contained with water, power and lighting. You agree to provide safe access to the vehicle, disclose any known damage, and remove valuables from the interior. We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Communications consent

By checking the consent box on our quote form you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from FORMA Detailing about your quote and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
